Tom's workouts are so enjoyable! He explained why we were doing each workout and exercise, so I have definitely learned a lot. In the time I spent working with Tom and Megan, I have lost 40 lbs and am now fittest, leanest and strongest I have ever been. I would definitely recommend them as a team.
